Refund policy

Returns:

Thank you for shopping at SnarkySeagull.com. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your order, you can return it up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.  Damaged, soiled, worn or washed items cannot be returned. 

Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to process back to your bank statement.

For your convenience, we will provide a return shipping label, but the flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your original payment. 

We do not process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return it and place another order online.

All orders will ship within 1-3 days after the order is received. This does not include time spent in transit.
